Before you are able to use chat for the first time, you will need to set up your user profile and agree to the new chat messaging terms and conditions.
You can do this in your FulGaz app's Settings -> Chat -> Configure Chat.
NOTE: This process cannot be performed on Apple TV. The initial chat account setup needs to be performed on another platform (iPad/iPhone, Android, MacOS or Windows).
When configuring your chat account for the first time, you will be prompted to update your details, then tick to confirm you agree to use chat.
In the chat settings you can also customise how the chat appears during rides, including the size of the chat boxes, and how long messages appear on screen once they are sent or received.
