Sometimes the Direto needs to have the Bluetooth connection reset on the iPad or iPhone that you’re using.
To do this, turn Bluetooth off and on again before you connect your trainer to FulGaz. The easiest way to do this is in the settings panel next to the “Airplane mode” button.
NOTE: This only happens to some Diretos. Elite are due to release a firmware update for this issue and others in the second half of 2018
