One of two things is happening here, either your trainer is not connected or there is not enough bandwidth to stream the videos.
Double check that you have connected your trainer to FulGaz properly and you’re seeing power on the screen. You need that to “push” the video along.
If you're seeing power on the screen and the videos still keep stopping, you will need to download the videos first.
Beyond that, three “modern” issues are starting to cause problems.
- Streaming bluetooth audio. This uses the same frequency as your trainer connection and most WiFi networks, leaving a lot less bandwidth
- Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. More and more people are watching TV online. You may live alone but if you live with other people who watch TV online, this could be an issue
- Dropbox, Google Drive. These can both use a huge amount of bandwidth
- you’re too far from your WiFi router
If you want to do a test, go to https://vimeo.com This is platform that streams our videos. If you can’t play Vimeo videos, FulGaz won’t work either.
