With Strava, it can take quite a while for the rides to show up in your activity feed. We send the data instantly but sometimes there is a queue. It’s worth checking in your activity history, they often show up there first.
- When you upload your ride, make sure the “uploading" message disappears before leaving that screen on the the app.
- Disconnect from Strava then connect again, making sure you’re logged in to Strava with the right account details
- Double check you’ve got an internet connection when you’re attempting to upload.
If you forget to upload, or the upload fails
Go to Settings > Ride History, and select the ride you want to upload. You can then upload your rides again once you’ve checked your settings.
If you're receiving emails after rides, but nothing ever appears in Strava
In the email we send you after each ride, there is a .fit file. This can be added to FulGaz manually.
In Strava on a computer, go to the Orange + symbol in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select "upload Activity" and add your file. The ride will then appear in Strava.
Resetting the Strava Connection
Sometimes it is possible that you're not connected to the correct account, or something somewhere isn't configured correctly. To solve lots of stuffing around, it's easiest to get Strava to "forget" your FulGaz connection and start again. This ensures you are then connected correctly.
To do this in Strava, go to your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen. you will then see a dropdown menu. Click on Settings. The screen you then see is shown below. Click on My Apps then Revoke access for FulGaz.
Once you've done that, reconnect to Strava in FulGaz.
