There’s no need to log in every time you use FulGaz like you would on a website. Therefor, logging out and retrieving passwords is not part part of the main screens in the app, and can be hard to track down. Here are all the login scenarios and how to solve them
I forgot my password and can’t log in
Turn FulGaz on, click through until you get to the the screen that give you the option to Register or Login (Tip: you can press Skip on the screen tat asks you to connect to device)
Press the Login option. You will then see the option to email yourself a new password. Tip: Do not try to create a new account or register again with the same email address. Neither of these options will give you access.
I need to log out and log back on again to fix my subscription
Go to Settings > Your Details, then press the Log Out button
Quit FulGaz then log in again (Tip: you can press Skip on the screen tat asks you to connect to device)
I want to change may password
Go to Settings > Your Details, then press Change Password This takes you to a screen where you can give yourself a new password.
NOTE: If you made a spelling mistake or used a fictional email address when you signed up, you won’t receive the password reset email. If that’s the case, please email enquiries@FulGaz.com and we will sort this out for you.
