My rides don't show up in the challenge lists

How to upload to the challenge lists
If you have completed a ride, you get the option to upload to challenge lists. you can do this either when you finish your ride, or later on from Settings > Ride History. If you have already uploaded to Strava this will not produce a duplicate ride, but you will receive another email.

Why some of your rides won't upload

1. Unfinished ride
First, you need to have finished the ride, if you didn't get to the end your time would seem really fast and it would really annoy other people riding against you when you suddenly disappear near the end of the ride. 

2. You rode in steady mode
If your original ride was in Steady mode, you would have done the same time as "FulGaz" in the challenge list. You can't upload a Steady mode ride because there is no point - it will always be the same time. 

3. We stuffed up
There have been occasions where there has been an error in the ride data whereby the data is considerably longer than the video. This means you can never get to the actual end of the ride. We do our best to spot this, but if you can usually upload to the challenge lists, but one particular ride is giving you trouble, let us know. We'll then be able to fix it for next time.
