Bluetooth pairing works on the principal of one-to-one pairing, so once one app is connected, the trainer or sensor does everything it can to stay connected to that app. So we get complaints that "it works fine in Zwift" and they get complaints "it works fine in FulGaz" or whatever other app someone has been using.
To fix your problem
Make sure Zwift (or any other app) is no longer connected to any trainer or sensor you want to connect to FulGaz
- Quit Zwift
- Quit FulGaz
- For iPhones and iPads, quit bluetooth and restart it. For Apple TV, unplug it.
- Restart FulGaz and connect
FulGaz on multiple devices
Remember, the app causing the problem could be FulGaz. for example, if you have FulGaz installed on an iPad and an Apple TV, make sure you've deselected your sensors and quit FulGaz on the iPad before trying to connect to the Apple TV.
Utility apps like the Wahoo fitness app or Tacx Utility
Make sure you have quit these apps before trying to connect to FulGaz. They should not be running or connected to your trainer or sensors when using FulGaz.

not helpful. disconnected all devices from Wahoo and Zwift apps. rebooted the iPad. rebooted the Kickr. Fulgaz can’t find the kickr or tickr. Light Blue iOS app has no problem finding them both
You're using the most common combination of trainer by far (iOS and KICKR) so this can definitely be solved.
If lightBlue can see the sensors but FulGaz can't, a strong possibility is you, or someone else in the house has connected to FulGaz on another device. EG an iPhone and this is preventing FulGaz from even seeing the trainer. Sometimes just turning bluetooth off on your phone can fix this very quickly.
I updated to new iOS on Monday and since that date FulGaz will not pair- not even see- my KICKR . Using twice a week for years, I know all the pairing tricks - this is a FulGaz problem that needs to be fixed

Many thanks for getting in contact with us. The Wahoo KICK may not be pairing (or visible to) with FulGaz because the new iOS operating system update might have removed authority/permission for the FulGaz app to connect with the trainer again.
as a solution, please go into: SETTINGS > Scroll to the bottom where your installed apps are (should be in alphabetical order) > Find FulGaz > Ensure bluetooth connectivity is still enabled/granted.

I've done everything as described, and it still won't connect to my Tacx Neo. Turned everything off/on, disconnected etc.......and still nothing.

Have you ensured that you have the latest version of the FulGaz application? We have had many bugs fixed in our most recent update. Can you also confirm that you have updated the firmware on the Tacx Neo?
