During the sessions in the program, you will see new data on the screen. The example above is for a big screen, the same principal applies to the iPad.
Bernard will pop up with instructions on how hard to go. He does this at the start of each change in intensity. EG "1 minute at 290 watts, 90 cadence" (He'll probably also tell you you're not going hard enough at some point!)
To use use Bernard, you need to make sure you've gone to Settings > Virtual rider (Bernard) to switch him on. He'll also speak the instructions out loud if you want. You can also change the volume of the sound in the FulGaz rides, or mute the background noise completely.
Once you've done the FTP test and added your FTP in Settings, you'll also see your target power, target cadence and the time to go for each effort on the screen.
We've deliberately made the new data display quite subtle. We didn't want to add another panel on the screen to clutter things up, and when you're actually doing the session you've quite literally heard the instructions already, os the end up being reminders, not the only way you know what to do.
