Do you realize that not everybody uses Facebook?

And what about all the unanswered questions that were left dangling here?  Deleting all the discussions around the problems with your app and platform won't make them disappear.

Yes, we know that not everybody uses facebook. However, as we stated above, the community section of this support system wasn't working well for anyone. We couldn't keep track of all the comments effectively and often the "question" would just be a broad complaint, which is very hard to effectively answer. As also stated above, please send us a support ticket and your problem will be looked at for you.

I stopped by because I considered account reactivation due to spring and summer being cancelled. Moving things to the alt-right ghetto is a refreshingly clear statement about the platform future, thanks. 👍

I've rephrased the original article. Our aim is to centralise support questions into formal tickets so we can promptly answer specific questions.

The Facebook group, while obviously not for everyone, has proven to be a vibrant and useful resource for a couple of thousand people. We'd prefer people were here rather than on someone else's website, but that's how it's turned out. At least for now.
