If you have purchased an annual subscription to FulGaz, you have the option of adding one family member to your account for FREE to share your subscription! It's our bonus gift to you to say thank you and so you can share your love of FulGaz!
There are a couple of steps involved to set this up.
Firstly, your “lucky other” needs to register their own FulGaz account (free trial). Click here for instructions on how to do that. Once they have signed up, you can link them to your subscription from your Member’s Page on the FulGaz website.
Once signed into your account, you'll see a number of options.
Click the "Add Family Member" option and then follow the prompts.
On the following screen, enter their email address into the box and click Add Family Member.
NOTE: Make sure you enter their email in all lower case and that is is the same email address they used to register their FulGaz account with. If the email address you enter isn't a match to an account in the FulGaz user database, or you use a capital letter anywhere in their address, this step will not work.
Once you have successfully linked the account, they can either riding using their own device, or you can add them to your device user list.
How to add a second user to your device
Your lucky family member can check to see if this has been successful by logging into their own FulGaz Member's Page and viewing their updated subscription status. Their status will have changed from trial or expired to active.
