Workouts have been uploaded to your workout library and have been used successfully.
Fulgaz fails to connect to the library after choosing ‘add workout’ from the ride screen.
Symptoms are either a continued spinning timeout wheel or the app crashes.
Firstly the same server stores the workouts and rides so if access to rides is normal but not to the workout library then there is likely to be an issue with a corrupted workout file.
Delete the last uploaded workouts and see if that resolves the problem. Note that multiple workouts can be selected simultaneously.
If not then remove some or all workouts until the issue is resolved.
This happens very infrequently but when it does it is likely that a faulty workout (.zwo) file has been uploaded.
Reload selected files and test out access from the ride screen. Loading should be very quick normally.
