If you attempt to ride a FulGaz video and are presented with something like this…
It is usually the result of a recent Intel update or diagnostic setting (this mostly affects the Windows 10 version of the app when running on a PC or laptop).
1) Firstly, please ensure all video drivers are up to date and any pending updates are installed.
2) Then open the app and disable Hardware Acceleration in FulGaz.
Load up the app, click on the settings "cog" on the top right hand corner of the main rides page and scroll down all the way to Diagnostics. Open the Diagnostics menu and ensure the "Disable Hardware Acceleration" box is ticked.
3) Restart FulGaz and the issue should be solved.
