If your Windows 10 or 11 FulGaz app is failing to launch on start-up (load screen appears momentarily before closing to desktop) you may need to install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant via the following link and update a couple of drivers:

Please run the Assistant and install any drivers that are available, then reboot your machine. This should get FulGaz launching successfully.
