    That is not the regular behaviour of the app. Pls. give us some details which platform you are using (iPad, Apple TV, Windows). This helps to narrow down the possible issues. I'm using Fulgaz on iPad and ATV and normally very stable.

    I have the same issue, using an iPhone 10x and it locks up after just a few minutes on every ride. I reduced the resolution to 720 and changed off of reactive mode but the issue persists. When I demoed the program a year ago it worked just fine.

    Did you install the latest version of the app? Streaming or downloading the videos?

    Hmmh - that should work perfectly...If the issues still persist guess it is best to raise a ticket with Fulgaz support.

    I've had the same freezing issue over the last week or so on over half of my rides (Dec 20-27, 2019).  Nothing in my setup has changed for over a year (Apple TV 4k & wires LAN) and nobody else is ever using my internet when I ride.  My connection is fine.

    It would be nice if they addressed this issue so we can stop getting all geared up to ride and then have to cancel the whole workout 2 minutes in because the video keeps freezing.

    I am also new to Fulgaz and have the same issue using Apple TV 64g 4K and my signal is solid.  I have tried for the past few days as well especially yesterday Dec 27th. I am on trial but do not see how this app can work for me in this condition.  I submitted a support ticket today.  I am also having an issue connecting to my trainer.  BUt even without using the trainer connection just running the app it froze.

    I've had the same problem with Fulgaz freezing in the middle of a ride over the past few months.  I thought it was due to my internet service or my WiFi router, but I've never had problems streaming TV or movies. I connect to fulgaz via WiFi on my iPad.
