If you are still logged into your FulGaz app, changing your password can be performed within the app.
- Open FulGaz on your device
- From the main menu, head to settings -> your account -> your details
- Select the "Change Password" option and enter your new password
- Hit RESET to save your new password
Can't log in? For login or password failures, first please check there is not a capital letter anywhere in your email address that you have entered. Emails do need to be entered in all lower case.
If you are logged out of FulGaz and have forgotten your password or cannot log in, you can reset your password via your Member's Page. Please see here for instructions.
If your accepted on the Member's Page but not within the FulGaz app, this may be device or security software related issue such as an overly-strict firewall, your device's anti-virus software, a "Hide My IP" style service, or the use of a VPN that could be blocking the sign-in. Temporarily disabling these may help narrow down the cause and get you logged back in successfully.
