Volume control / Ride audio

You can adjust the audio volume during your FulGaz ride using the in-ride settings menu. To access the setting menu, tap on the "cog" icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Apple TV: Tap the top "clicker" scroll button on the remote to bring up the settings options.

Scroll across to the Volume option, then increase or decrease the volume. Decreasing the volume to 0 will mute the ride audio. Your chosen volume setting will be saved for future rides.

It’s worth mentioning that ride audio works best in Steady Mode. This mode plays the video at the speed it was filmed at. In Reactive and Challenge Modes, the video speed varies constantly depending on your efforts. This can result in "choppy" or distorted audio if you are a lot faster or slower than original video speed (riding faster results in sped-up audio).

NOTE: Some rides do not have audio or are slightly muted. We do this on rides where the audio is not suitable or where there is unnecessary or inappropriate background audio.
