Chat on Apple TV: Using a second device

Due to device limitations, it is not possible to send chat messages using FulGaz on Apple TV. Chat messages will appear on-screen during your ride, but to send chat messages you will need FulGaz installed on a second device (logged in with the same account).

We recommend using a phone or small tablet for this purpose.

With FulGaz installed on a second device, you can send and receive chats on that device while riding using FulGaz on Apple TV. To do this:

1. Open FulGaz on your second device

2. Navigate to the same ride

3. Instead of selecting RIDE, select CHAT instead

This will open up the "Chat View" where you can send and receive messages, while completing your ride via FulGaz on your Apple TV. Sent and received messages will show in this mode on your second device, and also appear on your Apple TV's ride screen.
