Every now and then, it can take an hour or two for your FulGaz ride to show up in your Strava activity feed (especially during busy periods). FulGaz sends your ride data instantly, but there can sometimes there is a queue for processing of these rides.
If your ride still does not upload to Strava after an hour or so, you may need to "reset" the FulGaz-Strava connection to get it working again. To do this...
Firstly, head to your Strava Dashboard and then to Settings. On the left hand side, click on My Apps.
Next to the FulGaz icon, click on Revoke Access.
Next, log into your FulGaz Member's Page and head to Preferences. Here you can connect to your Strava account again by clicking on Login. You can also link your Training Peaks and Today's Plan accounts.
If you forget to upload a ride or the upload fails
In FulGaz head to Settings > Ride History and select the ride you wish to upload. You can then trigger a new upload of your ride. This will send a new file to Strava and also send you the FIT file via email.
Using the FIT file to manually upload the ride to Strava
In the email that is sent after each FulGaz ride, there is a FIT file attached. This is the same file that FulGaz sends to Strava and other third-party linked sites and contains all your ride data. You can use this file to manually upload your ride to Strava, Garmin Connect, Golden Cheetah, or your software of choice.
To manually upload to Strava, head to your dashboard on the Strava website (not the app) and click on the orange "+" symbol in the top right corner. Select "Upload Activity" and then click on File on the left hand menu. Click on Choose File, then add your FIT file.
