If you delete or uninstall FulGaz, all your ride history and video downloads on that device will also be deleted. This data can not be recovered.
Your ride data is only stored locally on the device on which you rode. Ride history is designed as a backup in case you skip uploading after completion or if you need to re-upload it shortly after. Ride history is not synced between the devices on which you have FulGaz installed. Full ride history data is not stored on the FulGaz servers.
The complete ride data FIT file is sent to you in the post-ride email. FulGaz also can be configured to automatically sync ride data to sites such as Strava.
Please only delete or uninstall FulGaz if absolutely necessary!
Ride Video Downloads
If you are using a Windows or Mac, you might be able to save your ride video downloads before uninstalling FulGaz. These are standard video MP4 files stored locally in a folder similar to:
\Users\YOURDEVICEUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\BizarMobile.FulGaz_asxhtrxdca8p2\LocalState\ridevideos
or
C:\Users\YOURDEVICEUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\BizarMobile.FulGaz_asxhtrxdca8p2\LocalCache\Local\FulGaz\ridevideos
To find the default folder on Mac, open the Finder, and hit Command-Shift-G, that will open the 'Go to folder' dialog. Paste in...
~/Library/Containers/com.bizarmobile.fulgaz/Data/Library/Application Support/FulGaz/
Open that folder, then open the "ridevideos" folder.
Simply move the video files to a different folder of your choice so that they are not deleted. You can set up an Additional Folder in FulGaz later on so that FulGaz "finds" these videos in the new folder. Instructions on doing that can be found here.
A note for Apple TV users: If your Apple TV device runs low on space, the tvOS will automatically overwrite data it deems unnecessary in order to create space for new files. This may include some of your ride data and video files. This is unfortunately outside of our control. One tip to reduce the chances of this is to always keep at least 5GB of hard drive space free.
