If you've lost or forgotten your password and have logged out of the FulGaz app, you can reset it using a link on the Member's Page of the website.
Click on “I Forgot my password” and enter the email address you used to sign up with into the pop-up box. An email with reset instructions will be sent to that address.
Follow the link included in this email to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password and successfully logged back into the app, you can then change your password to something more secure. To do this, click on the Settings “cog” in the top right hand corner of main menu screen of the app.
Select Your Details under Account and on the following screen select Change Password. Enter your new password into the box and save.
NOTE: The email will only be sent to the address used to register your account. Please check your Junk or Spam folders also. If you do not receive a reset email, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
