Ride data syncing from FulGaz to Strava occurs when you hit UPLOAD after your ride. FulGaz sends your ride data instantly, but there can sometimes be a queue for processing ride data.
Your ride should appear in Strava in less than five minutes, but during busier times (either on the FulGaz side or Strava side) it can take an hour or two for your FulGaz ride to show up in your Strava activity feed.
If your rides are no longer syncing across to Strava, you may need to "reset" the FulGaz-Strava connection to get it working again. To do this...
Firstly, head to your Strava Dashboard and then to Settings.
On the left hand side, click on My Apps.
Next to the FulGaz icon, click on Revoke Access.
Next, log into your FulGaz Member's Page and head to the CONNECT tab. If Strava is showing as still connected, disconnect your Strava account, and then reconnect the account. This should "reset" the link and get future rides syncing again.
To re-upload a ride, head into FulGaz Settings > Ride History and select the ride. You can then trigger a new upload of your ride. This will send a new file to Strava and also send you the FIT file via email.
Using the FIT file to manually upload the ride to Strava
In the email that is sent after each FulGaz ride, there is a FIT file attached. This file contains all of your ride data and is the same data that is sent to Strava and other third-party linked sites. You can use this file to manually upload your ride to Strava, Garmin Connect, Golden Cheetah, or your software of choice.
To manually upload to Strava, head to your dashboard on the Strava website (not the app) and click on the orange "+" symbol in the top right corner. Select "Upload Activity" and then click on "File" on the left hand menu.
Click on Choose File, then add your FIT file.
