If you are still logged into your FulGaz app: Changing your password can be performed within the app.
- Open FulGaz on your device
- From the main menu, head to settings -> your account -> your details
- Select the "Change Password" option and enter your new password
- Hit RESET to save your new password
If you are logged out and need to reset your password: You can do this by using a link on the Member's Page of the website. Simply head to your Member's Page and request a password reset email.
If you are already are logged in when opening the Member's Page, click the "Forgotten password?" option underneath your subscription status options.
If you are not logged in when you open the page click "I forgot my password" under the login boxes.
- Enter the email address associated with your FulGaz account (case sensitive)
- You will be emailed a reset link to set up a new password
- Enter your new password, confirm, and use this new password to log back in
The password reset email can only be sent to the email address used to register your account. Please check your Junk and/or Spam email folders also.
If you do not receive a reset email, please contact the team and we will assist you.
