This feature was originally created to allow people to simulate lower gearing without effecting the speed in FulGaz. However, this outcome is better achieved with the new feature called 'Slope Scaling'. This allows you to adjust the trainer feel both uphill and downhill without effecting the size of the wheel: How to adjust slope scaling.
We strongly recommend you use this over the rear cog chart.
Some of the climbs in FulGaz are very steep and it would be handy to have lower gearing.
A guide is published below. changing the wheel size changes all the gear ratios, not just the largest cog. If your combination isn't listed below, try the wheel size for something similar. It doesn't have to be a precise conversion, it will still work.

This only works for “wheel off” trainers like the KICKR, Neo, etc. Not trainers where you leave the back wheel on the bike.
