KICKR BIKE
1) Ensure your bike is in UNLOCKED mode.
In LOCKED mode, the KICKR BIKE will still react to manual tilt adjustments from the handlebars, but will not tilt on it's own to match any on-screen gradient changes. The KICKR BIKE will only tilt automatically in UNLOCKED mode.
To change between modes, press the grey rectangular button on the right side of the display.
2) If you are riding in ERG mode, turn it off! Your KICKR BIKE will not tilt automatically in ERG mode, although you can still use the manual tilt buttons. You will only get automatic gradient/tilt changes when riding in Reactive or Challenge modes, where the gradient has an effect. ERG mode is based solely on your power output.
3) Check that your firmware is updated to the latest version.
KICKR CLIMB
1) Check the connection. It may sound overly simple, but check to see if your CLIMB is still paired correctly with your KICKR and powered on. It's also worth un-pairing and re-pairing the devices as sometimes these connections can be corrupted.
2) If you are riding in ERG mode, turn it off! Your KICKR CLIMB will not tilt in ERG mode. FulGaz sends commands to your KICKR, which then controls your CLIMB (FulGaz doesn't communicate directly with the CLIMB device). You will only get automatic changes when riding in Reactive or Challenge modes, where the gradient has an effect. ERG mode is based solely on your power output.
3) Check that your firmware is updated to the latest version.
