You can adjust the audio volume during your FulGaz ride using the in-ride settings menu. To access the menu tap on the "cog" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Apple TV: Tap the top "clicker" scroll button on the remote to bring up the settings.
Scroll across to the Volume option, then increase or decrease the volume using the plus and minus buttons next to the volume level number. Decreasing the volume to 0 will mute the ride audio. Your chosen volume setting will be saved for future rides.
It’s worth mentioning that ride audio works best in Steady Mode. This mode locks the ride video into the speed it was filmed at, without varying it with your power input.
In Reactive and Challenge Modes, the video speed varies constantly depending on your efforts. This can result in "choppy" or distorted audio (the audio speed is linked to video speed). For example if you are riding a lot faster than the original video recording speed, this would result in sped-up audio.
NOTE: Some rides do not have audio or have the audio slightly muted. We do this on rides where the audio is not suitable (eg: certain Ironman rides where vehicle noise is too prevalent).
