These are guides to help you get the most out of your time on the bike and guide you towards doing the correct type of training even when you're not using FulGaz. If you're not sure which guide is best for you - Download both.
The training program only works in the beta version of FulGaz. Developing so many new things at once inevitably throws up issues. The is currently an issue where some of you could end up going way too slow if you don't check out the link below.
How to check your settings are really correct in the latest beta version
You won't find all the rides listed in FulGaz yet. This is because we've locked our tame racing cyclist in the shed while he test rides the remaining sessions for you. This also makes sure you don't do anything crazy like attempt to do all the sessions in one day.
Don't panic if you do way more or less than the volume of riding outlined above. The programs include guides on how to adjust the load to suit your ability and time constraints.
