You can add your own workouts in .ZWO format, or syc directly from TrainingPeaks or Today's Plan to get your workout of the day. This video explains how.
In-Ride Workout settings
During the ride, if you tap on the "Settings button (or click on the Apple TV Remote) You'll get access to the quick settings menu.
Switch between ERG mode and SIM Mode.
Swap between Steady mode (time based efforts) or Reactive Mode (Distance based)
Adjust FTP as you ride in ERG MODE
Adjust Slope scaling in SIM Mode (The FulGaz equivalent of Trainer Difficulty)
If you're really into precision data analysis, you can go to Settings > Workout settings and turn on Upload Laps . This turns each effort into a Lap in TrainingPeaks etc.
