If you have installed FulGaz on your Windows PC or laptop, but the app is not recognising your ANT+ devices, it may either be a hardware issue or ANT+ driver issue on your machine rather than an issue with the FulGaz app. Your PC or laptop can't see the ANT+ devices, therefore FulGaz can't see them either.
Firstly, please ensure your ANT+ receiver is close to your trainer. We have found that within 50cm tends to work the best. Try repositioning your receiver closer, or in a different position in relation to your trainer to see if that helps. The further away your devices are, the harder it is for FulGaz to connect and successfully receive any data.
FulGaz only supports ANT+ USB 2.0 dongles. If you are using an older-model USB 1.0 ANT+ dongle, you will need to upgrade to the newer 2.0 standard.
Ensure you have the latest ANT+ drivers. On some Windows 10 machines, the ANT+ USB adaptor/dongle doesn't work unless the correct drivers are installed, this can be achieved by installing Garmin Express.

You do not need to use or sign up for a Garmin account, simply install the software on your machine and open it once. This installs the necessary ANT+ drivers and enables your machine and FulGaz to recognise the ANT+ signals via your ANT+ USB 2.0 dongle.
A note for Mac: FulGaz for MacOS does not support ANT+ devices, it is Bluetooth only.
